  1. Melt butter in a pan on medium heat
  2. Place bread slices in the pan and toast until browning begins
  3. but they aren't fully browned. Flip the bread over and toast the other side
  4. Place cheese slices on bread and construct sandwich in pan
  5. Cook a few more minutes
