In a large mixing bowl: combine shaoxing wine - oyster sauce - fish sauce - soy sauce - and generous amounts of black pepper. Coat skirt steak in cornstarch and toss in the mixing bowl massaging marinade into the meat. Cover and set in the fridge for at least 30 minutes but ideally overnight
Cut onion and bell pepper into uniform slivers. Slice broccoli into florets. Save the stalk if you feel like it.
Bring water to a bowl in a pot. Blanch the broccoli in the bowling water for 30 seconds. Place the blanched broccoli in an ice bath to stop them from cooking.
Heat a medium-size wok on high and coat evenly with oil. Throw broccoli in the wok and cook for 1 minute. Throw steak in the wok and cook for 2 minutes. Add leftover marinade to the wok and cook for another minute. Add water to achieve desired sauce consistency. Server over rice

"Bowl" - you didn't add anything about rice or noodles what makes this a bowl? and why did you add numbers twice are you stupid?? sounds kinda good tho ngl
