• Frozen sweet corn
• sour cream
• mayo
• tajin
• chile
• lime juice
• cotija
• cholula
• cilantro
• salt

Directions

1. heat corn in microwave safe bowl. strain any water
2. in a separate bowl mix all other ingredients
3. combine everything together
4. sprinkle with a bit more cilantro
